One of the best year-round guzzling reds. Bright red fruits with just a touch of blackberry thrown in, and enough earth and dried herbs to pair well with just about anything. As always, great at room temperature, or with just a slight chill.

Dry, refreshing and elegant with bright fruit, citrus, beeswax, and mineral notes. Partial MLF to soften acidity and add body; aged in stainless and bottled early to maintain & maximize fruit flavors. Pairs well with seafood,
pasta, chicken, veal, and pork.

Structured and rich, but very drinkable – with ripe red and dark fruit, accents of sweet spice, smoke, and leather; med(+) chewy tannins, and very pleasant acidity.
