NEIGHBORHOOD WINE & SPIRITS DELIVERY is only available for addresses bounded by 96th Street, Lexington Ave, 85th St. and the East River. There is a $30 minimum purchase for this service. MANHATTAN & BOROUGH WINE & SPIRITS DELIVERY is available. Orders placed before 2pm Monday through Thursday will generally be pick, packed and shipped same day for delivery the following day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped Monday for delivery the following day. If your order is time sensitive, please call us at 212-996-9463 to make arrangements.

WINE ONLY SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE U.S.A. Eastside Cellars contracts with a common carrier, usually FedEx. We make all effort to keep shipping costs to a minimum, but with State and National regulations on shipping alcohol, there are added expenses (packaging materials, labor costs of preparing the item(s) for shipping, insurance, carrier fees and fuel surcharges, plus the carrier’s additional, mandatory “signature fee.”).

Eastside Cellars does not, as a business, ship outside of New York State. We are happy, however, to coordinate shipment of your wine, by you, to the following states: ALASKA, CALIFORNIA, CONNECTICUT, WASHINGTON DC, FLORIDA, LOUISIANA, NEBRASKA, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW MEXICO, NEW YORK, NORTH DAKOTA, OREGON, VIRGINIA, WEST VIRGINIA, WYOMING due to state specific legal restrictions. By authorizing shipment of your wine, you are allowing Eastside Cellars to engage a third party common carrier on your behalf. We provide all shipping coordination as a free service and do not profit from any shipping arrangements we make for you. Insurance (for breakage only) will be added to ALL shipments at an additional charge unless you assume all responsibility for breakage during shipment.

EXTREME WEATHER may cause a deterioration in delicate wines. During periods of extreme weather, we suggest allowing Eastside Cellars to hold your order for up to three months while waiting for more favorable shipping weather.

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED on all orders of wines and spirits. Customers must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Eastside Cellars. Shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker; the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. An adult will have to be present at the time of delivery. You must be 21 years or older to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages. We will make one attempt to deliver. Please be sure there is someone over the age of 21 with valid I.D. to sign for the delivery.  It is best to send orders to a business address where an adult will be available to sign.
